Non-Material Application for previously approved application A/12/76665 - The purpose of this NMA is solely to amend the parameter plans so that the approximate locations of land uses and open space can be updated, in addition to the updated junction design. This is largely a procedural step, with detailed plans to be submitted for further consideration as part of a reserved matters submission in due course.On this basis it is considered that the proposed amendments to Condition 3 of the OPP are non-material, and can be approved pursuant to Section 96a of the TCPA
