Non-Material Amendment application for previously approved application A/25/098878/HH - a) Roof construction changed from parapet/warm to flat/warm and height reduced from 3000mm to 2800mm. I have also updated the drawing to reflect the changes required by building control. b) Bi-fold doors with more window sections (6 vs 4) in order to better match the existing windows and house aesthetics. c) Wall thickness increased from 300mm to 350mm. d) Roof lantern reduced from 4000mm x 2000mm to 3000mm x 1500mm. e) Bi-fold doors reduced from 4500mm x 2100mm to 4200mm x 2100mm
