Description

Non Material Amendment application for previously approved application : A/24/97426/MAJOR.Through detailed design, the following amendments are proposed:1.Floor to floor heights changed to Goldbeck System heights. This results in a minor reduction in the overall height of the MSCP2.Length of MSCP has reduced slightly to accommodate the Goldbeck System design.3.Dry Riser Boxes introduced to the design.4.LV Switch room added to substation.5.External levels changed, with less excavation required to build the MSCP.6.The provision of roof level PV panels and structure has been moved to Phase B of the planning permission to enable the car park to become operational before these are installed.7.Updated lighting, landscape and drainage drawings to align with the developed design.8.Updated Energy and BNG Reports to align with the developed design.
