Non material amendment application for previously approved A/21/93043/MAJORAmendment condition 27 in respect of affordable housing, to replace two affordable plots from Site D to two of the same plots on Site C.The house types and tenures (shared ownership) remain the same, despite the change in location from Site D to Site C.Amendments have been needed to Site D such that the house types approved for affordable tenures on plots 128 and 129 of Plot D are no longer available. The Applicant therefore wishes to replace these with plots 90 and 91 on Site C.
