Description

Yew T4 (see plan). Cut back to trunk the two branches which overhang pavement and VOWH land abutting the pavement adjacent to the front boundary of 1 St. Michael s Ave. This application is limited to T4 only and is made to facilitate builder and plant access to 1 St. Michael s Ave. to enable building work under Planning Permission P25/V1585/HH and Planning Condition P25/V2414/DIS. This additional tree clearance (as now applied for) is required as well as that permitted in P25/V2414/DIS. We have spoken to a tree officer (Mr. Robert Kelly) who has indicated that in principle he has no objection to the work proposed. Our builder is ready to proceed with building works and it would be appreciated if this application could processed as soon as possible.
