Description

T1 Yew: Fell tree Small specimen historically pruned to maintain height at around 2.25m The tree is growing adjacent to the property and as such is impeding sunlight from the brick work and causing some damp issues. Additionally, the lack of sunlight to the steps and pathway accessing the property prevents the area drying out and causing the path to be dangerously slippery. It is hoped that removal of the tree will help to mitigate these damp issues
