Description

Planning permission was granted to convert the existing barn to a family home (Application ref P20/V2700/FUL: Conversion of existing barn with extension to single family dwelling). All the pre-commencement conditions have been discharged satisfactorily (Application ref P24/V1647/DIS). Work was begun on site clearance. We therefore request a lawful development certificate to declare this permission extant.
