Description
The works request is for the removal of two established trees within a private garden that now pose a risk to the foundations of a historic boundary stone wall and the foundations of an associated property. Trees may also pose risk to nearby sewerage and drainage pipes. Tree 1: Removal of Scotts Pine c.10m tall in front garden of property. Tree was planted by current owner to replace previous tree that was removed from this location c.15years ago for the same reason. Also prior to this, another tree was removed for the same reason. All trees were planted by owner within last 40 years as property was the a new build on the site of an old farm. Current owner is original occupier of new build property. Tree 2: Ash Tree c.6m tall on property side of original farm wall - stoner wall dates back to c.1960s. Tree planted by current owner c.15 years ago, now at a size where it is posing a risk to the foundations of the stone wall. Owner would therefore like to have this tree removed in order to maintain the integrity of the walls foundations and pavement on other side.
