Description

Tree No. 1 :Large Cedar Tree situated on entrance drive to Sheard studio .Subject to a previous application a number of years ago under which we removed bulk from the tree. The multi stemmed tree is now very large again and poses a potential risk to the neighbouring properties of Ridge Barn and Monks Court. The tree is non native and in an inappropriate location on the property and we now wish to remove it completely. If necesary we would consider replacing it with a much smaller ornamental tree. Tree No. 2 : Large mature Tree of Heaven situated North West of Sheard Studio House and very close to the Neighbouring property ,Lavender House.This tree was the subject of a previous application to remove bulk from the crown which was done two or three years ago. The tree is now starting to shed branches on a regular basis and presents a clear risk to Lavender House. For this reason we would now like to remove the tree completely and replace it with a smaller Native ornamental tree.
