Description

T1 Holly tree. We wish to fell the tree and remove the stump as part of the renovation works on the house. There is significant damp issues where the earth is banked up against the wall of the house. The proposed solution for the damp, is to excavate back 1.8m from the house wall and backfill with gravel. This distance means the tree falls within the proposed works. We suspect this is a self set tree, as it is growing up against the boundary wall of the walled garden. The wall is 4m tall at this point, so the tree is likely to be damaging the foundations of the wall.
