Non material amendment on application P25/V0786/S73 to add one small roof light in the flat roof of the rear extension. Variation of condition 3 (Construction Method Statement) and 4 (External Lighting) on application P24/V1382/HH in order that they must be discharged prior to the commencement of any work on the first floor that impacts the roof structure rather than prior to the commencement of any work on site.
