Description

Carry out all recommended works as listed within the accompanying tree survey document: T1 - Yew - Maintain clearance of low branches over driveway and grass area when required to a height of up to 3.0m over driveway & 2.0m over lawn area. T2 - Lawson Cypress - no works. T3 - Yew - Maintain lower branch clearance over driveway to a height of approximately 3m fgl, when required T4 - Thuja - Maintain lower branch clearance over driveway when required. T5 - Thuja - Reduce top of tree to include all stems, by removal of approximately 3m of apical growth aim of this is to form a more compact tree relieving strain on potentially poor union attachments. G2 - Apple - Prune to near to points of previous pruning by removal of approximately 2.5m of apical growth and 1.5m of lateral growth. G3 - Laurel - Prune lateral growth back to boundary line, to include low branches in contact with boundary fence. Pruning should incorporate the top lateral growth to form more upright flat template from which to carry on maintenance via hedge trimming in future. Prune lower lateral grow growing towards rectory by approximately 2.5m to contain side growth and reduce likelihood of future conflict with built structure. G4 - Thuja - Prune branches that are in contact with built structure to achieve clearance of up to 2m from building, by removal of approximately 2m of lateral growth to suitable points of pruning. Remove dead stems. G5 - Elder - Prune branches to achieve a clearance of up to 2m from the shed by pruning back approximately 2m of lateral growth to suitable points of pruning. Remove smaller stems that are within 1m of northern boundary line fence to reduce future conflict with built structure and prune back any branches from Trees within this group to achieve clearance of up to 1.5m from boundary fence line. G7 - Thuja - Maintain clearance to overhead service cable of up to 1m, by pruning back branch tips to suitable points of pruning. T17 - Yew - Maintain a clearance of up to 1m from overhead service cable when required.
