Non material amendment on application P23/V1989/FUL to reinstate the original staircase to the manager's flat to join the existing stairs, move the new ground floor entrance to the stairwell for the grain store apartments to the south, turn the stair from the High Street toward the west to arrive in the first floor, remove internal walls to manager's flat and therefore lose the C20th ceiling, retain existing landing to first floor and develop as a bathroom. (Conversion of old grain store building that is currently a part of the existing public house to provide three flats to act as letting flats for guest accommodation. Alteration of the managers flat to provide additional seating space for the public house and reinstatement of a previously removed staircase to provide access from the ground floor of the pub area.
