Description

Fit out of Unit 8, BEPO Building including first and second mezzanine floor levels. Accommodation will include offices, clean rooms, labs and ancillary spaces. The proposed works include the formation of an external plant compound, installation of new windows and louvred panels, infilling of existing rooflights, installation of SVP exhausts at roof level and installation of external plant (condensers and ASHP). The scheme will also include illuminated signage installed at high level on the south and east elevations.
