Non material amendment on application P23/V0307/FUL to change: 1. Rear door from main room to garden moved onto axis with main entrance doors and rear terrace moved onto axis to match. 2. Building moved 2620mm further into garden and front path longer by same distance 3. Minor changes to site contours, to lower the building into the site by 200mm 4. Minor changes to the sizes of the store, toilets, lobby and kitchenette rooms around the eastern side of the main room, changed to suit the structural system of the building 5. Paved area added for cycle hoops and bin store area, previously shown as unpaved 6. The rear garden previously showed a notional landscaped mound, to be created using surplus topsoil from Redrow. 7. Addition of external units for two air source heat pumps (New community building, hard landscaping, car parking, fences, hedges and soft landscaping.)
