Description

Lime tree - At present branches of the tree overhang the garden of no 11 Coach Lane by at least 14 feet which results in a significant loss of amenity which is not acceptable. The upper part of the tree shows signs of distress with obvious die back in parts. The tree also has a large infestation of mistletoe. We believe that pollarding as indicated in the formal notice is the best possible action to take for us and the future of the tree. The pollarding will be done at the point that the dominant stem splits into three and at approximately 15ft from the ground.
