Description

Lime Tree (G1) located between the North of our boundary and Spa Street. Siding and reshaping of branches overhanging our fence line on the trees South & South Eastern faces. From the piece which "bulges out" into our boundary as shown in the photos, it would be approximately 2m to the fence line. This would also give the tree a more symmetrical shape. These faces appear to have have a different shape to the Northern and Western faces causing an unusual/unbalanced aesthetic. In addition the overhang into our property makes maintenance a challenge with significant leaf deposits and blocking of light into our plants. The area overhung is an outdoor dining area which is regularly soiled with bird excrement from the overhanging branches which causes a potential health hazard to two young children in residence and 14 Chilton Field Way.
