Description

Minor amendment to application P21/V0984/RM for additional vehicular/pedestrian gate added to entrance of the car park as requested by the Town Council for security reasons (they have experienced theft on their other allotments); Knee rail added along the front of the allotments either side of the new entrance gate; Car park driveway changed from self-binding gravel to block paving to bring in line with the approved surface treatment drawing; Parking bays changed from grascrete to tarmac for practicality reasons ie. to provide level surface around vehicles; and Forecourt to allotment changed from self-binding gravel to tarmac this provides a more durable surface as vehicles will access this area to unload materials. This also provides a better surface for wheelchair users for the raised planters. (Reserved Matters following outline consent P17/V1082/O for the Erection of 277 dwellings with landscaping, parking, sustainable drainage and other associated works)
