Discharge of condition 3 (Submission of Joinery Details) on application refs. P24/V0109/FUL & P24/V0110/LB This application is made to support the decommission of this Bank. The intention externally is to: Front elevation: 1. Removal of existing external signage and branding in the front elevation 2. Existing ATM and door with glazing to be removed. The existing door to be replaced with a new to match the existing one in the front elevation. 3. Existing ADT alarm box to be removed and made good in the front elevation. 4. Existing night safe to be sealed internally in the front elevation. 5. Existing letter box to be sealed internally in the front elevation. 6. Existing post box to be sealed internally in the front elevation. Rear elevation: 1. Removal of existing external signage and branding in the rear elevation The intention internally is to: 1. Existing cashier's counters to be removed from the ground floor. 2. Existing modern glazed partitions to be removed from the ground floor banking hall area. 3. Existing modern glazed partitions to be removed from 2no interview rooms on the ground floor. 4. Existing modern partitions to be removed in behind cashier's counters area on the ground floor. 5. Removal of all internal furniture from all floors.
