Application Details
Description
Monterey Pine - The tree is in very close proximity to the property with visible surface roots already significantly disturbing the patio and heading towards the house. The tree is of poor form due to the loss of the central leader, which historically failed. Several lateral limbs have become over-extended as a result of redirected growth hormones and have collapsed under their own weight. This pine species is known to be one of the fastest growing and largest in the country, it is very likely that it will become significantly more of an issue for the homeowner in the near future. Recommendation: Fell to ground level.
