Description

There are 2 tree stumps between the pathway and our fence (the pathway itself is a right of way). The trees have been felled before we purchased the house, remaining are only 2 large tree stumps. We are looking to remove the stumps as they are visibly rotting and ivy has been growing on them (as per photos attached to the application). Additionally we were looking to replace our broken fence however unfortunately one of the tree stumps is leaning onto the fence so it cannot be replaced. We propose cutting the tree stumps low to the ground, allowing more space to plant a mix of wild flowers.
