Application Details
Description
Viburum tinus, identified as T ( Viburnum) on the plan submitted. We would like it to be taken out. Located at the back of the property, leaning against a 1970 s garden room, the shrub is now overgrown and has become a small tree with a cluster of trunks, the thickest measuring about 200mm at ground level height of about 1.5 m. The roots are extending both under a paved area and near the foundations of the aforementioned garden room. A honey suckle is growing on it. We would like the Viburnum Tinus to be removed as it has overgrown its location and because we would like to built a very small extension (2.6 square mt) to the garden room to accomodate a much needed toilet room on the ground floor. We hope to be able to replace it with a shrub or small climber.
