Non material amendment to application P21/V3478/FUL to amend the location of the approved substation and bin store on the western edge of the site southwards, and the approved parking on the western edge of the site northwards - no change to the amount of parking proposed. Steps on the northern site boundary onto Thomson Avenue have been removed. Minor amendments to the approved landscape design around the building: to the east of unit 3 and in the north-western corner, including the re-location of boulders and timber structures within the site (no changes to tree planting or removal strategy).
