Replacement of plastic guttering with cast aluminium. Removal of cementitious render. Replacement of internal concrete floor with insulated limecrete floors. Removal of gypsum plaster and vinyl-based emulsion paint and replacement with wood fibre internal wall insulation and lime plaster.
