Non Material amendment to application P23/V0508/FUL to add the words in condition 6 "unless otherwise agreed in writing" so that it would read as follows: "The development shall only proceed in conjunction with the measures contained within the approved Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) by Wooldridge & Simpson Rev. A dated 03.02.22 unless otherwise agreed in writing. The approved CTMP shall be implemented prior to any works being carried out on site, and shall be maintained throughout the course of the development."
