Description

We are looking to replace a replanted Christmas tree that has grown totally out of control and we would like to replace it with one or two more appropriate species such as Apples, Cherry or Magnolia. - the cone indicates Norway Spruce - it is out of keeping with all other species in the garden and surrounding gardens. - it is too high and sways dangerously in the wind. Being sited over a row of cottages there is a risk that the fir may fall and cause damage. - the neighbours are keen to have the tree replaced. - there is no TPO on the tree but our garden is in the conservation area of Grade 2 property.
