Window replacement. Replacement foul and storm water drainage. Replacement of plastic guttering with cast aluminium. Removal of cementitious render. Replacement of internal concrete floor with insulated limecrete floors. Removal of gypsum plaster and vinyl-based emulsion paint and replacement with wood fibre internal wall insulation and lime plaster.
