Non material amendment to planning permission P22/V1817/HH-Replacement of all existing single glazed metal & timber windows with new double glazed upvc timber alternative windows by Evolution (evolutionwindows.com), type Storm, colour white. Use of Evolution Storm windows, colour white, in lieu of painted timber windows for all of the new windows shown in planning permission P22/V1817/HH. Use of Evolution english door type Linton Cottage to replace the existing entrance door to the Tea Room and for the new rear entrance door. Raising of the cills of the windows to the Tea Room on the front & side elevations and bricking up beneath the new windows with facing brickwork to match the existing. Insertion of a new Velux Conservation roof window in the existing roof at the rear over the stair. (Single storey rear extension + new pitched roof extended off the existing pitched roof at the rear to replace the existing flat glazed roof over the existing rear entrance lobby, integral with the pitched roof over the rear extension. Replacement of existing dormer window at the front, including new timber framed window, new dormer cheeks & roof with improved construction in materials. New dormer window to first floor bedroom at the rear. Demolition of existing garage & erection of new garage).
