Description

Variation of condition 2(approved plans) on application P21/V3562/FUL to modify the approved plan SIP-001 by adding further wetland creation to the floodplain meadow. The additional, or 'Phase 2', wetlands are in the same floodplain meadow as the approved plans (SIP-001) and lie adjacent to the approved wetlands. This change will increase the freshwater habitat provision in the floodplain meadow (Floodplain restoration of a species poor grassland through wetland creation).
