Non-material amendment for DC/23/0864/FUL - amendment to condition 22From: Prior to the occupation of any dwelling: i. All of the noise protection and mitigation works associated with that unit/dwelling as detailed in the Adrian James Acoustics (AJA) Limited 'Environmental Noise Assessment Report', Filename: 13606 Report 1.docx, Rev A dated 27 February 2023 shall be completed in their entirety in accordance with the approved details. II. The completion of the works shall be verified on site by a specialist noise consultant and the Local Planning Authority shall be notified in writing of the completion and verification of the works. Thereafter the approved works shall be retained.
