TG1 - x8 Box ElderCut back to boundary level all the overhanging branches and lift crown to provide access to 5m where applicable.The trees have historically all be pollarded at 1m and this management has now lapsed, resulting in long lateral branches with weak branch unions. Significant deadwood and collapsing stems are now evident. Ideally the trees all need to be re-pollarded completely, but as they are third party trees, the consent of the owner (Oxfordshire County Council) would be needed for this. This Section 211 Notification is to tidy up the long lateral (often failed) limbs that are overhanging the boundary into the adjacent field.
