Variation of Conditions 1 and 2 of planning permission dated 9 April 2026 (RN: 25/07149/FULL) for: Excavation of single storey basement and the demolition and replacement of the mews building with an additional mansard storey to provide additional residential floorspace including the installation of an air source heat pump at roof level (Class C3); namely, to allow the development to be carried out in two phases as shown on drawing (PL) 10, with Phase 1 comprising demolition of the existing mews and construction of the replacement building including the mansard and air source heat pump, and Phase 2 comprising excavation and construction of the approved basement, and to require the Code of Construction Practice to be submitted and approved separately for each phase.
