Variation of condition 20 of planning permission dated 20th August 2025 (RN:25/04241/FULL) for the Alterations at basement and ground floor levels including the installation of a partially openable shopfront, erection of a bin store screen and installation of replacement plant to the rear and associated alterations. Dual/alternative use of part of the basement level as a restaurant (Class A3) and/or bakery (Class A1) and use of two areas of the private forecourt for the placing of nine tables and 18 chairs in association with the ground floor restaurant use; to allow the use of forecourt for al fresco dining for a further one year period, to alter the arrangements of tables and chairs in the external seating area, and to allow different furniture to be placed in this seating area.
