Variation of Condition 18 of planning permission dated 15th November 2024 (RN 24/02402/FULL) for: Excavation of extension to provide a second basement level, demolition and re-build of the 6th and 7th floors and extension to form new 8th floor, erection of rear extension from ground to new 8th floor level, all to enlarge existing hotel (Class C1). External alterations including alterations to the appearance of the existing facades namely, to amend the wording of Condition 18 to to omit the requirement for to carry out the development in accordance with the approved written scheme of investigation and instead, secure the carrying out of compensatory measures to enhance the Greater London Historic Environment Record.
