Modification to the S106 agreement associated with planning permission dated 23 May 2024 under reference 24/00479/FULL ((which in itself was a variation to the S106 agreement & planning permission dated 8th August 2017 (RN:16/12291/FULL) and further to a variation to the S106 agreement & planning permissiondated 2 April 2015 (RN: 14/08070/FULL)) to amend the affordable housing provision from being 'on site' in the Queen's Terrace buildings to a payment in lieu contribution to the City Council's Affordable Housing Fund.
