Variation of Condition 1 and alteration to the wording of Conditions 3 and 4 of planning permission dated 24 February 2025 (Ref: 24/07664/FULL) for, 'Demolition of existing roof and erection of a mansard roof extension at first floor level and alterations to the front and rear of the portion of the building fronting onto Bryanston Mews East.
