Amendments to planning permission dated 24 February 2023 (RN: 22/08712/FULL) for ground works including the piling of foundations in association with the erection of a temporary scaffold around Victoria Tower (Linked with 22/08661/LBC) namely, to amend the wording of Condition 4 to read as follows: "Once the scaffold has been removed, the ground surfaces above the foundations hereby approved, including the reinstatement of any street furniture temporarily removed to facilitate the works, shall be restored to their former condition."
