Amendments to planning permission dated 27th March 2025 (RN:24/04818/FULL) for Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 1st July 2020 (RN: 19/00514/FULL) (as amended on 27 February 2023 (RN: 23/00025/NMA) and on 19 July 2024 (RN:24/04423/NMA)) for,'Part demolition of Nos 29, 31, 33, 37, 39 Oxford Street behind retained facades and demolition 41 and 43 Oxford street and 17-19 Soho Square and redevelopment of the site, including retention of 35 Oxford Street with alterations and alterations to the ground floor level and basement level of No. 16 Soho Square to provide a new building with two basement levels and rooftop pavilion comprising Class E(a) retail; Class E(b) food and drink; Class E(g)(i) office; and flexible Class E(a) retail and Class E(g)(i) office uses and associated works including cycle storage and associated facilities and the provision of a publicly accessible roof garden and all other works associated with the development.' Namely, changes to the scope of what is included within the consented S73 scheme, to eliminate any overlaps with planning application 25/07401/FULL for 16 Soho Square and minor amendments to proposed and demolition drawings to accommodate the updated strategy.
