Description

Variation of condition 1 and 5 of planning permission dated 14th July 2025 (RN:25/03421/FULL) for the 'demolition of existing plant enclosure and part first floor and replacement with new plant and plant enclosure to the rear of 35-37 Weymouth Street, including extension and alterations at first floor to enlarge the existing hospital accommodation (Class C2). Alteration to the Wimpole Mews Elevation frontage including the installation of replacement louvres, removal of railings and addition of wall mounted planters.' Namely, to allow the development to be constructed in phased manner and to allow the use of one MVHR Unit located with the second-floor roof plant compound and two MRI Chillers located with the second-floor plant room following the installation of an atmospheric attenuators to the inlet and outlet of the atmospheric ducts of the MVHR unit and the install an acoustic enclosure around the two MRI chillers and the remainder of the works identified within Phase 1.
