Description

Works to The Bays building (to be known as the Fleming Centre) comprising demolition of the existing roof, internal floors, internal walls and ground floor slab; retention of, and alteration to, the existing external walls and facade; and construction of new four-storey vertical extension, plus a roof level including a rooftop terrace, to provide a mixed-use building comprising: Exhibition, education and multifunctional space (F1/Sui Generis); Healthcare research laboratories and consulting rooms with associated clinical spaces (Class E(g)(ii)); and/or Offices, workspace and meeting space (Class E(g)(i)).
