Variation of condition 1, 14 & 23 of planning permission dated 12 February 2015 (RN: 21/06044/FULL) for the Variation of conditions 1 (approved plans), 14 (Operational management plan for terraces), 28 (plant screen design) and 30 (Mews design details) pursuant to planning permission dated 13 July 2021 (RN. 20/06929/FULL) for Demolition and redevelopment of the mews building, partial demolition of the 1960s building and roof extension, facade alterations to the 1930s building all in connection with continued Class E use, associated cycle parking, landscaping, servicing area, external terraces, rooftop plant enclosure and associated external works. Namely, amending the height of the terrace screens at Levels 6, 7, 8 & 9 from 1.5m to 1.1m, amending Condition 14 (Part D) so that the planting surrounding these barriers is referred to as up to 1.8m in height, amending condition 14 (Part G) so that the sixth-floor terrace capacity is reduced to 16, rather than 20 as permitted at present and amend the wording of condition 14 and 23.
