Description

Amendments to planning permission dated 15th September 2025 (RN:25/00867/FULL) for Erection of a single storey rear extension, and part single / part double storey side extension and associated refurbishment works including rear dormer windows, landscaping works, and works to the front and rear facades. Namely, the movement of the proposed rear extension away from the existing garden wall; change in material to the proposed side, rear, and dormer windows; the size of one of the proposed rooflights to the single storey-side extension; proposed that the clerestory windows to the side extension are extended below brickwork at first floor level; and change to the design of the front elevation window which will involve the removal the amending condition (condition 5) attached to the original decision which required the alteration of this window's design.
