Description

Variation of Condition 2 (Compliance with approved drawings) of planning permision PP/23/03534 (Partial retention, refurbishment and extension of Newcombe House tower for continued office use, full demolition of rest of site comprising existing retail and housing uses and surface level car park, and redevelopment to provide retail use at ground floor and office use at the upper floors, housing and a medical centre in new buildings ranging from 6-15 storeys with double basement, public realm works and other ancillary works (MAJOR DEVELOPMENT)) for the following amendments: i) Amendments to basement 1 and basement 2 areas; Amendments to GIA's and GEA's across the development; ii) Updates to façade of Newcombe House Tower; iii) Minor façade amendments, height increase to parapets and plant enclosures and replacement PVs and Ramp Gantry to KCS building; Reduction to clear height to servicing yard; and Amendments to medical and affordable building floorspace, increase in height to accommodate build ups, blue roof, roof insulation and clear heights for services to residential units.
