Amendments to planning permission dated 16 April 2025 (RN: 24/08150/FULL) for 'Refurbishment of existing building, including alteration to ground floor entrances to west elevation, introduction of louvres on the north and south elevation, revised plant at roof level and use of fifth floor terrace for amenity, including landscaping and new doors'. Namely, to allow the existing plant screen at roof level to be retained or infilled using existing panels where required; existing balustrade at 5th floor terrace to be retained to Buckingham Palace Road; existing 5th floor rear terrace balustrade to be adapted to match the Buckingham Palace Road balustrade; and to amend the wording of Conditions 5, 9,10 ,11,12 and13 so to specify the conditions are in relation to the fifth-floor rear terrace.
