Amendment to planning permission dated 27th February 2024 (RN 23/03027/FULL) for, 'External alterations including reinstatement of blocked up windows, replacement of existing windows, removal of chimney stack, extension of lift overrun, creation of ground floor roof terrace and installation of access staircase, creation of third floor terrace, including replacement of window with a door, replacement of roof coverings, installation of louvre, refurbishment of rear courtyard, installation of plant equipment in rear lightwell, facade cleaning and other associated works'; NAMELY, A new front door with wall lights either side. Amendments to the louvred panel above the door in the lower ground floor and the replacement of door with a fire rated door. The size of the lift overrun has increased. Raising of the level 3 terrace balustrade. Lintel to the access doors have been raised. A black WC vent is also proposed. The rainwater pipe to be redirected. Recessed floor lighting to the level 3 terrace is also included. Feature wall lighting and emergency lighting are also proposed on the rear elevation. Amendments to the level 2 windows. The staircase connecting the rear courtyard and roof terrace is now proposed to be a lightweight metal staircase clad in the same floor finish as the terrace.
