Amendments to planning permission dated 28th June 2024 (RN:24/02109/FULL) for Variation of conditions 1 and 10 of planning permission dated 20 February 2023 (RN: 22/05030/FULL) for the variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 10th February 2021 (RN: 20/02445/FULL) for, 'Demolition of the existing building and redevelopment to provide a new building comprising three basement levels, lower ground floor, ground floor level and first to ninth floor levels consisting of hotel (Class C1) with publicly accessible restaurant/bar (Class A3/A4) at ground floor, bar and roof terrace at ninth floor, function/events space at basement levels 2 and 3; and roof level swimming pool, roof level plant and associated works; namely to allow alterations to the plant enclosure and changes to the roof-level plant strategy.
