Description

Amendments to planning permission dated 6th February 2024 (RN:22/03593/FULL) for Alterations to the existing building including side and rear extensions at ground and first floor, rebuilding of rear extension and creation of basement and lightwells and associated works. Namely, windows in the end of the rear extension changed to glazed pivot doors, omission of the windows along the lightwell adjacent to the garage, new rooflight above the lightwell adjacent to the garage, flat skylight above double height entrance changed to a roof lantern, arched windows to either side of the entrance door and revised internal layout to show the bedroom in the rear extension has been omitted.
