Detail of a written, drawn and photographic report following removal of the paint and areas of detached stucco, and any subsequent further investigation of the condition of the remaining render and underlying substrate; including a) a detailed elevation showing (i) the areas of loose or evidently failing render which have been removed in Phase 1; (ii) the areas of render requiring further intrusive restoration, particularly replacement; and (iii) the areas of render in sound condition and/or requiring only like-for-like in-situ repairs; b) a detailed Condition Report, analysing and recording what has been found, and providing the justification for the works; and c). a detailed Conservation Method Statement for the removal of the existing render, the temporary protection of those sections of render and mouldings to be retained, and for the re-rendering, restoration works and re-painting works pursuant to Condition 3 (a, b and c) of listed building consent dated 13 October 2023 (RN: 23/05763/LBC).
