Description

T1: London plane: Selectively reduce canopy spread on southeast side by 2-2.5m away from adjacent building and air conditioning units to provide 1m clearance. Reduce low hanging branches on northeast side by 2-2.5m to provide 3m clearance to building and glass first floor structure, also reduce the next layer of branches higher up by approx. 4m back to previous pruning points to reduce shading and overextensions on regrowth points. Carry out a light low canopy lift to 8m all round by removing low hanging branches to suitable branch junctions and back to previous, most recent reduction points where present. Remove deadwood over 30mm and carry out a climbed aerial inspection of upper side of branches for Massaria disease (Splanchnonema platani) removing infected branches with a diameter of up to 100mm.
