Amendments to planning permission dated 27 March 2024 (RN:23/02226/FULL) for Variation of condition 1 (Approved plans) of planning permission reference 18/08105/FULL/APP/X5990/W/19/3229842 for the Redevelopment of land at 36 St John's Wood Road to provide residential units with extra care services and facilities, landscaping, car and cycle parking, and the redevelopment of 38-44 Lodge Road for a care home and residential units along with landscaping, car and cycle parking (As amended by two Non-Material Amendments) to allow for minor changes to the consented design and layout of the building known as Oak Tree House (East Site). Variation of conditions 8, 9, 14, 15, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 34, 37 and 38 of the consent to allow the West and East parts of the development to be delivered independently and removal of conditions 11, 30, 31 and 32. Namely, removal of the wording "with extra care services and facilities" from the description of development; internal reconfigurations to allow for a revised mix of residential units, addition of 126 cycle parking spaces within the basement to deliver a policy compliant amount of cycle parking, reduction of car parking at basement level from 28 to 9 spaces and corresponding reduction in the volume of the basement and addition of 100sqm of childrens play space.
